Cancellation policy
Customers may request cancellation of an eligible purchase option only if the order has not yet been processed or fulfilled. Once processing has commenced or fulfillment has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.
Certain purchase options, including limited editions, discounted or made-to-order items, may be subject to additional cancellation restrictions. Any such conditions will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.
If an order has already been delivered and the customer wishes to return the product, such requests must be made in accordance with YVY’s Return Policy.
YVY reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests that do not comply with the terms outlined in this policy. This notice does not affect any mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable law.
