RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Every garment we produce is crafted with intention. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly assist.

How can I make a return?
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unfilled and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Shipping costs and import costs issued by your country are non-refundable.
We do not offer free shipping on returns. Customers are responsible for paying return postage.

Sale items / Discounted products
Bespoke Orders / Custom-made pieces
We only accept returns of products purchased directly from us and not through third parties (other retailers). To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds & Exchanges
We’re always happy to assist you in finding the perfect YVY garment. If you have any questions regarding our products before placing your order (e.g. sizing, material), please reach out to us by email or contact us on WhatsApp at +41 79 792 05 75.
Got the wrong size or change your mind? Your satisfaction is our priority. You can return your item, exchange it for another YVY piece or receive a store credit (valid for 2 years).
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping return items to YVY and paying the shipping fees and any taxes, customs duties, or export fees. Please send us an email at info@yvy.ch with the return package tracking number.
Once we have received your return item, we will send an email to notify you. We will also inform you if your returned item is accepted or rejected depending on its condition. If your return is accepted, please let us know whether you would like to receive a full refund, exchange your item for another one, or get a store credit (valid for 2 years). Depending on your location, the time taken for your exchange product to reach you may vary.
