RETURN AND REFUND

How can I make a return?

  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unfilled and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Shipping costs and import costs issued by your country are non-refundable.
  • We do not offer free shipping on returns. Customers are responsible for paying return postage.

Which items are NON REFUNDABLE:

  • Sale items / Discounted products
  • Bespoke Orders / Custom made pieces
  • We only accept returns of products purchased directly from us and not through third parties (other retailers). To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, you can choose weather you want to replace your item with another YVY piece or get a store credit (valid for 2 years).


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please provide a tracking number.
