How do I return an item?
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unfilled and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You must send us an email at email@example.com with the order information.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds & Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your can choose weather you want to replace your item with another YVY piece or get a store credit (valid for 2 years).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
YVY SHIPPING POLICY
IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
For orders placed within Switzerland, value added tax (7.7%) will be calculated and added at checkout. There are no additional charges upon delivery!
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and additional taxes or costs incurred due to compliance with foreign regulations or laws. The customer is responsible for paying such duties and/or taxes in addition to the cost of delivery.
