How can I make a return?
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unfilled and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Shipping costs and import costs issued by your country are non-refundable.
We do not offer free shipping on returns. Customers are responsible for paying return postage.

Sale items / Discounted products
Bespoke Orders / Custom made pieces
We only accept returns of products purchased directly from us and not through third parties (other retailers). To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We’re always happy to assist you in finding the perfect YVY piece! If you have any questions regarding our products before placing your order (e.g. sizing, material), please reach out to us by email or contact us on WhatsApp at +41 79 519 34 43.
Got the wrong size or change your mind? Your satisfaction is our priority. You can return your item and exchange it for another YVY piece or receive a store credit (valid for 2 years). We seek your understanding that we do not offer cash refunds. Please also note that any foreign taxes, customs duties, or import fees paid will not be refunded.
You are responsible for shipping your return item to YVY and paying the shipping fees. Please send us an email at info@yvy.ch with the return package tracking number. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return item.
Once we have received your return item, we will send an email to notify you. We will also inform you if your returned item is accepted or rejected depending on its condition. If your return is accepted, please let us know whether you would like to exchange your item or get a store credit (valid for 2 years). Depending on where you live, the time taken for your exchange product to reach you may vary.
