Refund policy

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unfilled and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping costs and import costs are not refundable and customers are responsible for paying their return postage. Sale items, discounted products, bespoke orders, and custom made pieces are non refundable.

Once your return is inspected and approved, you have the option to receive a full refund, replace your item with another YVY piece or get a store credit (valid for 2 years).
