On the eve of the Longines Global Champions Tour equestrian event, Paris and at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, we invited an exclusive group of guests to be the first to discover the new Longines X YVY range. This unique event was graced by the presence of Kate Winslet, Longines Ambassador of Elegance.
On the arrival at the event, guests were invited to emerge into the Longines X YVY universe through a photo gallery that documented the entire creation process and were welcomed to the cocktail aperitif by the singer-songwriter Vanille.
On an evening where elegance was the dominant theme, Kate Winslet, the official ambassador of the Longines X YVY collaboration, described the timepiece as "the sexiest watch Longines has ever made". Yvonne Reichmuth and Matthias Breschan, CEO of Longines, also shared their insights on the foundations of this collaboration and its extraordinary result.
Throughout the night ,we enjoyed other iconic moments such as the 4-course dinner served by Michelin-starred chef Hélène Dorroze and the unique performance of free acrobatic horses by showman Santi Serracamps.
YVY was entrusted by Longines with a new design for the famous rectangular watch of Longines' DolceVita collection, resulting in a sophisticated collection of timepieces with subtle double leather straps.
“The idea of a modular strap came about with the aim of creating a watch that could be worn with class in different styles”, explains Yvonne Reichmuth founder and creative director of YVY.
